Stephen Moore is currently the Sr. Vice President of Advocacy at Voices for Children, Inc. Stephen previously held the positions of Chief Program Officer and Sr. Vice President at the same company. Stephen graduated from San Diego State University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration.

Voices for Children transforms the lives of abused, neglected, or abandoned children in San Diego and Riverside Counties by providing them with trained, volunteer Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASAs). We believe that every child deserves a safe and permanent home, and to that end, will review and monitor every court file in the system, provide a CASA to every child in the foster care system who needs one, and advocate to improve the lives of San Diego County’s foster children.
