Bjoern Wind has had a successful career as a CEO and founder in various companies. In 2014, they founded MyHelpster Ltd., a BPO industry company that provided B2B IT support. The company received multiple international awards and had a call center capacity of over 200 employees. However, due to limited scalability, a managing director was hired, and MyHelpster was eventually sold. From 2015 to 2018, Bjoern served as CEO at Event Inc GmbH & Co. KG. Currently, they are the CEO and founder of voiio, a leading employee wellbeing platform in Germany. The company aims to make employees smile and achieve measurable ROI for B2B clients.
Bjoern Wind completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business Administration and Management from Fachhochschule Osnabrück in 2013. Bjoern then pursued their Master of Science (MSc) in Management from the Nova School of Business and Economics, which they completed in 2015. Additionally, they obtained certification as an Industrial Management Assistant from the Industrie- und Handelskammer in 2012.
