Eric Smith

Eric Smith started their work experience in 2005 as a Pilot and Operations Officer in the Army National Guard, where they held various positions and was responsible for aviation missions and training. In 2006, they joined Teach for America as a 5th Grade Special Education Teacher. In 2013, they joined Voit Real Estate Services as a Partner/Senior Vice President, leading an industrial and investment brokerage team. In 2018, they became the Managing Director of Commercial Management at Marterra Properties, overseeing commercial property management in Southern California.

Eric Smith attended the University of Southern California from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Eric then pursued further education at Pace University from 2006 to 2008, obtaining a Master of Art degree in Education.
