Barbara Gerlinger-Boehme

Barbara Gerlinger-Boehme is an experienced HR Project Manager specializing in talent management and HR processes. Currently, Barbara works at Voith Group, focusing on various aspects of HR including SuccessFactors, talent and succession management, performance management, 360 feedback, and compensation management.
