Tania da Silva

Tania da Silva, MBA, PMP, currently serves as Regional Service Manager at Voith Group, managing services and business development for hydropower installations in the Western region since November 2022. Prior to this role, Tania held various positions at Voith Hydro from January 2009 to November 2022, including Service Project Manager, where expertise in developing proposals for parts replacement and project management was demonstrated. Other roles included Field Quality Supervisor and Quality Engineer, focusing on quality assurance and technical support across multiple projects and departments. Educational achievements include an MBA in Project Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho, complemented by specialized training in Six Sigma.
