Soren Lennart Pedersen has over 30 years of experience in sales and business management within the food and dairy sectors. Currently serving as the Business Manager for Lifestyle Ingredients at Volac International Ltd since May 2016, Soren has a strong background that includes roles as Business Manager for Dairy Ingredients at Synlait Milk Ltd and Regional Sales Manager at Lactofoods. Previous positions also encompass Sales Manager, Snr Sales & Marketing Manager, and Key Account Manager at Fonterra, as well as Export Manager at Arla Foods.
