Giuliana Rizzo

Giuliana Rizzo is a seasoned UX Business Analyst at Volanno since March 2018, specializing in user-centric requirement building, userflow analysis, and providing UX/UI recommendations through wireframing and prototyping, while also validating products pre- and post-release. Additionally, Giuliana has pursued self-employment as a QA/BA and Technical Writer since February 2008, and served as an Editor at Words and Numbers from 2005 to 2008, where management of a team of writers and editors was a key responsibility in delivering a variety of educational programs. Giuliana holds a Master's degree in English Language and Literature from Università Ca' Foscari Venezia, completed in 2002.
