Julia Paima, MBA, currently serves as the Regional Director of Operations at Volante Senior Living since May 2023. Prior to this role, Paima held the position of VP of Operations at Bridge Senior Living from November 2021 to May 2023 and was the Regional Director of Operations at Elmcroft Senior Living from May 2018 to December 2021. Earlier experience includes serving as Executive Director at Elmcroft of Roswell from July 2012 to May 2018, and at Trinity Life Styles Management from October 2008 to June 2012. Paima began a career in leadership at Brookdale Senior Living as an Executive Director in 2007. Academic qualifications include an MBA from Kennesaw State University and a degree in Economics from Rutgers University.
