Melissa Jefferson-Burns

Melissa Jefferson-Burns has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Melissa currently serves as the North America Sales Director at Volante Technologies, a global provider of technology and software for financial services. In this role, they help clients navigate and manage complex data message formats throughout financial transactions. Prior to their current position, Melissa worked at Bluewolf, an IBM Company, for several years. Melissa started as a Business Development Consultant and later became a Business Development Manager. During their time at Bluewolf, they focused on building digital solutions on the Salesforce platform and helping clients innovate customer and employee moments. Before Bluewolf, Melissa worked at Lakeshore Consortium, where they served as a Consultant and Associate. Melissa was responsible for business development, client engagement, and recruitment experience. Melissa began their career as a Legal Assistant at Kitchens New Cleghorn LLC.

Melissa Jefferson-Burns has a degree in Political Science with a focus on Pre-Law Studies and a minor in Japanese from The University of Georgia. Prior to their college education, they attended Spalding High School, where they obtained a College/University Preparatory Diploma. In addition to their formal education, Melissa has earned certifications as a Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant and Salesforce Certified Administrator from Salesforce, obtained in July 2016 and April 2016 respectively.
