Rick Salk, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Rick started their career at Chemical Bank in 1985 as an Assistant Vice President. Rick then joined Citi in 1989 as Vice President, where they were responsible for directing marketing and sales operations and developing sustainable strategic initiatives. After that, Rick worked at Misys Banking Systems from 1991 to 2015 as Sales Director North America. In this role, they managed various areas such as commercial lending, investment management, corporate banking, and capital markets. Rick successfully grew the net income of the company by recruiting and training sales managers in different roles. Since 2016, Rick has been working at Volante Technologies as the Global Head of Sales. In this position, they manage sales and marketing initiatives across four global regions, recruits and trains sales teams, and collaborates with various departments to generate sales leads and prospects. Rick has a proven track record of achieving targeted revenue growth and implementing effective sales strategies.
Rick Salk, MBA, obtained their Master of Business Administration degree from Carnegie Mellon University - Tepper School of Business in 1985. Prior to that, they graduated from Tufts University in 1983 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, Magna Cum Laude.
