Vivek Bajpai

Vivek Bajpai has worked in the field of business analysis for several companies. Vivek began their career in 2014 as a System Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services, where they worked until 2017. In 2017, they joined Barclays as a Senior Analyst and payments SME, specializing in the Global Pay Plus application. After working at Barclays for two years, they joined Infosys in 2019 as a Business Analyst in the Payments domain. Their responsibilities included gathering requirements and implementing real-time payments for multiple countries and corporate clients using the GPP platform. Vivek also developed business architecture and collaborated with local businesses, payment engines, and integration layers. In 2020, Vivek joined Volante Technologies as a Business Analyst before being promoted to the role of Senior Business Analyst in 2022.

Vivek Bajpai has a Bachelors of Technology degree in Computer Science from SRM University, which they obtained from 2010 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed their High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates from Birla Vidya Mandir, Nainital, from 2005 to 2008.

Additionally, Vivek has obtained several certifications. In December 2014, they achieved the ISTQB certification from the Indian Testing Board. More recently, in July 2023, Vivek obtained two certifications: "Excel for Business Analysts" from LinkedIn and "Root Cause Analysis: Getting to the Root of Business Problems" also from LinkedIn. Vivek has also received certification in Agile, but the institution and date of obtaining this certification are not specified.
