Sarvesh Tiwari has had a long and varied career in the aviation industry. Sarvesh began in 2002 as a Security Officer at Air Sahara. In 2006, they joined IndiGo (InterGlobe Aviation Ltd) as an Associate Director (Airport Manager), where they were responsible for overseeing security operations for Mumbai station for the airline as Security Incharge. Sarvesh also served as Associate Director - International Start-ups, designing station start-up project work flow for On Time delivery of projects and resolving contractual issues with internal and external stakeholders. In 2019, they joined Go Airlines (India) Private Limited., Mumbai as General Manager - Airport Services and Airside Operations, where they were accountable for Safe, Customer friendly and Cost effective of airline's Ground operations for entire network. Currently, they are a Senior Customer Success Manager, APAC at Volantio, leading the customer success program for the accounts in APAC and Europe and accountable for engagement, success and growth of the partners and organisation.

Sarvesh Tiwari has a diverse educational background. Sarvesh is currently enrolled in the Post Graduate Program in Management at the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, where they are studying Business Administration and Management, General. In 2016, they completed a Management Development Programme at the Indian School of Business, with a focus on Leadership Development. Sarvesh also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) from the University of Mumbai, where they studied Mathematics and Statistics. Additionally, they have obtained a number of certifications, including Customer Success Management Fundamentals from LinkedIn (2021), Project Management Foundations: Small Projects from LinkedIn (2021), Diploma in Strategic Management from Alison (2020), and The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google (2020).
