Prior to this, Bachtiar served as Managing Partner at WireHub Indonesia, developing growth strategies for digital customer engagement, and held leadership roles at Lazada Group and Pegipegi, where focus was placed on digital marketing initiatives and platform development. Bachtiar is also recognized for founding Jogja Web Services and contributing to academic research in complex systems at Universitas Gadjah Mada.
