Dale Jefferson

Dale Jefferson currently serves as Group Leader at Volaris Group, overseeing four companies within Cultura Technologies in the Agribusiness and Agrifood software portfolio of Constellation Software since June 2024. Previously, Dale held the position of Chief Executive Officer at VAS from May 2022 to May 2024 and was General Manager of Solentra Global, a CULTURA company, at Volaris Group from August 2018 to May 2022. Other notable roles include President & Chief Operating Officer at CropZilla Software from June 2012 to August 2018, Senior Strategist at Autodesk from June 2013 to September 2014, and various positions at Topcon Positioning Systems and Carlson Software. Dale holds an MBA from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, and a Master of Arts and Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Princeton University and Berea College, respectively.
