Susanne Guld

Susanne Guld has extensive experience in human resources and operations management, currently serving as the Human Resources Director and Portfolio Head of HR at Volaris Group since June 2014, overseeing a workforce of approximately 900 employees across seven European countries. Previously, Susanne held the position of Portfolio Head of HR at Modaxo and served as Managing Director at Hire4Help. Additional experience includes roles as an HR Business Partner and HR Director at Trapeze Group, as well as managerial positions at Alm Brand, Pilgrim A/S, Gjensidige, Nykredit, 5R Marketing, and Falck. Susanne has a strong focus on recruitment, performance management, process optimization, and employee development, with a proven track record of improving operational efficiency and employee satisfaction. Education was completed at Aarhus Business College from 1989 to 1990.
