Beatriz Adriana Urbina Ahumada is an experienced professional in talent development, currently serving as the Talent Development Leader at Volaris since April 2010. In this role, Beatriz has implemented annual talent mapping using the 9 Box grid methodology, developed career pathways, succession plans, and individual development plans, along with conducting company-wide performance evaluations and 360 assessments for key positions. Prior to this, Beatriz worked as a Talent Attraction Analyst at Financiera Independencia from May 2008 to May 2009, where responsibilities included mass recruitment across various regions of Mexico, managing multiple recruitment sources, conducting initial and competency-based interviews, and administering psychometric evaluations. Beatriz holds a degree in Psychology from Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México, earned between 2003 and 2007.
