Carlos Alberto Lopez Maza is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in the aviation and service industries. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at Volaris since July 2021, Carlos is responsible for the end-to-end recruitment of pilots in Mexico and Costa Rica. Prior to this role, Carlos worked as a Talent Acquisition Analyst at TechOps México, overseeing recruitment for various positions in the aeronautical sector and developing programs to connect academic institutions with industry needs.
