Nicholas Cooper, CFA, ACA is an experienced professional with a background in finance and venture capital. Nicholas began their career in 2003 as a Senior Associate at Macquarie Bank. In 2010, they joined Abu Dhabi Capital Group / Al Nahdha Investments as a Private Equity & Venture Capital, where they were responsible for the running of the Private Equity & Venture portfolio both Direct and Indirect (funds). In 2011, they became a Managing Director at Hoop Ventures / Hoop Capital. In 2013, they became an Investor at Yoco, a Fintech venture developing mobile driven solutions to help small businesses grow. In 2015, they became a Founder & CEO at Apptuto, and an Alumni at 500 Startups. In 2021, they became a Co-Founder & Chief Commercial Officer at Volato, a modern way to buy and own a private jet, as well as an Advisor at Real Quali.

Nicholas Cooper, CFA, ACA has an extensive education history. Nicholas attended Christ's Hospital School from 1995 to 1997, St Joseph's College Hunters Hill from 1997 to 2002, and St. Johns College, Sydney University from 2003 to 2005. In 2003, they obtained a Bachelor degree in Commerce from the University of Sydney. From 2006 to 2008, they obtained their ACA from ICAEW. Finally, they obtained their CFA Charterholder from the CFA Institute in 2013.
