Enrique Valverde Ruiz

Enrique Valverde Ruiz is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in managing residential and commercial construction projects. Currently serving as a project manager at VOLIO & TREJOS ASOCIADOS S.A. since July 2023, Enrique is overseeing the SER Escalante residential tower in downtown San José. Prior to this role, Enrique managed the DP10 residential complex at DDP Dirección de Proyectos for approximately eight months. Enrique's earlier tenure at VOLIO & TREJOS ASOCIADOS S.A. from July 2010 to November 2022 involved significant projects in the medical industry, including a cleanroom retrofit and the construction of a new three-floor funeral building. Starting as a junior engineer, Enrique contributed to major projects such as the Caja Ande and the Cedi Walmart distribution center. Education includes a specialization in construction management from INCAE Business School and a degree in construction engineering from Tecnológico de Costa Rica.
