Fred Desjarlais has been with Volker Stevin Canada since October 1995 and currently holds the position of President and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining VSC, Fred held various roles at Alberta Transportation, Government of Alberta, where Fred started as an Operations Supervisor and worked their way up to General Superintendent. Fred also has a Bachelor's Degree from Southern Alberta Institute of Technology and completed the Queen's Executive Program in General Management at Queen's University in 2012.
