Esther Betancourt

Esther Betancourt has over 20 years of experience in business development. Esther began their career in 2001 as a Business Development Associate at Michael Baker Jr., Inc., where they played a pivotal role in providing engineering and consulting services. During their tenure, Esther contributed to the company's success by offering planning, environmental, construction, program management, and full life cycle support services. Esther also provided information technology and communications services and solutions. In January 2022, Esther joined Volkert, Inc. as the Director of Business Development, where they continue to excel in their field.
