Franklin Taylor

Franklin Taylor is an experienced professional with a diverse background spanning multiple industries. Currently serving as a Right of Way Agent at Volkert, Inc. since July 2017, Franklin specializes in construction right-of-way support, negotiating and obtaining easements, and addressing landowner concerns through face-to-face interactions. Previous roles include serving as an Independent Landman focused on energy and title work, a Territory Sales Manager for big box stores in North Louisiana at PPG Architectural Coatings, and various positions in real estate and accounting management. Franklin holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Business from Centenary College of Louisiana, along with additional real estate management training.
