Jesse Glasser

Jesse Glasser, P.E. is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in roadway design and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Roadway Engineer at Volkert, Inc. since December 2023, Jesse has previously held positions at J2 Engineers, Inc. as an Assistant Project Manager and at Wallace Montgomery as a Senior Engineer and Design Engineer III. Early career experience includes roles at Woolpert, HNTB, McFarland-Johnson, Inc., The Lane Construction Corporation, and the Maine Department of Transportation. Jesse holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Clarkson University, earned between 2003 and 2007.
