Hayley Hardy

Hayley Hardy is an experienced professional with a strong background in business change and engagement within the ICT sector, currently serving as the Business Change and Engagement Lead at VolkerWessels UK since February 2013. With responsibilities that include contributing to the delivery of diverse ICT projects impacting approximately 3,000 users, Hayley has also held various roles such as ICT Implementer, ICT Systems Trainer, and Change Manager during their tenure. Prior to VolkerWessels UK, Hayley worked as an HR Project Coordinator at ResourceBank and as a Training Manager at Swift Horsman Group Limited, where duties included coordinating training initiatives and managing staff in the purchase ledger department.
