Naomi Overkleeft

Naomi Overkleeft started their work experience in 2000 at FrieslandCampina, where they held various roles such as Human Resources Officer, Human Resources Business Partner, Human Resources Manager, and ultimately Human Resources Director. In these positions, they led teams, developed and implemented HR strategies, and was responsible for HR operations and business partnering with senior management. Naomi achieved success in areas such as talent acquisition, recruitment transformation, and the creation of a global HR Academy. In 2023, Naomi joined VolkerWessels as the Director HR Infrastructure.

Naomi Overkleeft has a diverse education history. Naomi attended Avans University of Applied Sciences from 1996 to 2000, where they studied Personeel en Arbeid. Prior to that, they completed their secondary education at Interconfessioneel Westland College, graduating with an Atheneum diploma in 1996. In 2012, Naomi attended IMD and completed a program in Leading with Impact. Naomi also participated in a Leadership Program at Winner from 2007 to 2009. Furthermore, they obtained a certification as an MBTI Practitioner from The Myers-Briggs Company in 2018. In terms of their more recent education, Naomi is currently pursuing a degree in HR Leadership at Nyenrode Business University, which they are expected to complete in 2022. Additionally, they are enrolled in the Systemic Business School, studying Systemic Leadership. Naomi also plans to undertake studies in Strategic Management at TIAS School for Business and Society.
