Markus Schneider

Markus Schneider has extensive experience in project and portfolio management, IT strategy, and enterprise architecture within the banking and consulting sectors. At VOLKSBANK WIEN AG, Markus served as Head of Project and Portfolio Management and Head of IT Strategy & Architecture, where contributions included improving project processes, aligning project portfolios, managing a substantial budget, and coaching project managers. Additionally, Markus played a pivotal role as a Senior Project Manager, delivering critical data reporting initiatives. Previous roles include membership on the board of BOC Group, focusing on enterprise architecture and process management, and academic contributions as a University Lecturer. Markus holds a Master of Business Administration in Business Informatics from the University of Vienna.
