Anela Puzi

Anela Puzi has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies. Anela began their career in 2010 as a Junior Developer at ELCB Information Services. From there, they moved on to work as a Helpdesk Engineer at Dimension Data from October 2010 to March 2015. In 2015, they joined Khipu Networks as a Support Engineer, where they remotely resolved customer support issues and ensured customer satisfaction targets were met. In 2020, they transitioned to Volkswagen Group South Africa, first as an ITIL Engineer and currently as a Service Delivery Lead.
