Chrystal Christian

Chrystal Christian is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as Manager of Group Field Operations at Volkswagen Group South Africa since November 2011. In this role, Chrystal leads specialist teams focused on after sales customer service and customer paid business across Sub Saharan Africa. Previous positions include management roles in product marketing, volume planning, brand management for Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, and the establishment of the Customer Experience Centre. Earlier in their career, Chrystal held key positions at BMW South Africa, where responsibilities included HR Development, Training, and international leadership training program management, as well as auditing and resource development roles at Sun International and Zurich Financial Services. Chrystal is well-educated with degrees from the University of Cape Town, University of South Africa, and Damelin.
