Zaheer Stambull has extensive experience in service delivery and operations management. Zaheer began their career as a LAN Administrator at Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University from 2006 to 2008. Zaheer then joined Standard Bank Group as a Unified Communications Specialist, responsible for supporting and deploying enterprise voice systems. From 2012 to 2015, they worked at Dimension Data, starting as a Team Lead for Audio and Video Conferencing and later progressing to roles such as Operations Manager and Service Level Manager. In these positions, they focused on managing and tracking SLAs/OLAs, promoting innovation, and achieving continuous service improvement. Most recently, Zaheer joined Volkswagen Group South Africa as a Service Delivery Lead in 2022.

Zaheer Stambull attended Nelson Mandela University from 2000 to 2006, where they obtained a degree in Information Technology. In 2011 to 2012, they attended Torque IT and earned a CCIE degree in Voice. Prior to their university education, Zaheer completed their high school education at Pearson High School from 1998 to 2000, receiving a Matric diploma.
