Pawel Radzikowski

Pawel Radzikowski is currently the Director of HR & Administration Department at Volkswagen Financial Services in Poland. With extensive experience in HR management, Pawel has a strong track record of implementing HR strategies, managing talent acquisition, developing compensation and benefit policies, and overseeing various HR projects. Prior to their current role, Pawel held positions at mBank S.A. and HSBC, where Pawel gained valuable experience in HR management and recruitment. Pawel holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Management & Marketing from Kozminski University. Additionally, Pawel graduated from the IESE Business School's Program for Management Development in 2019.
