Stephen Gunnell

Stephen Gunnell has extensive experience in the financial services industry, currently serving as the Security Operations Lead at Volkswagen Financial Services (UK) since October 2007. In this role, Stephen manages access requests in line with the Access & Identity Management policy, oversees Privileged Access Management, and monitors SIEM reports for unauthorized activities. Stephen has also held various positions including AIM Analyst and User Management Analyst, contributing to KPI reporting and process improvements. Additionally, Stephen has experience in collections and recoveries, managing portfolios of aged debt, and has previously worked at Accenture as the Orientation & Integration Event Lead. Academically, Stephen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities with Philosophy from The Open University and a Bachelor of Arts in Film, Television, & Radio Studies from the University of Staffordshire.
