Dr. Stephan von Schorlemer

Dr. Stephan von Schorlemer currently serves as the Head of Mobility App Development at Volkswagen Financial Services, overseeing the development of the mobility app central to Volkswagen's strategy as a mobility provider. Previously, Dr. von Schorlemer held the position of Chief Product Officer at UMI Urban Mobility International GmbH, where responsibilities included product management and engineering for the WeShare electric car-sharing service until the company's acquisition by Miles Mobility GmbH. Additional experience includes roles as Managing Director & CTO at data4life, Co-Founder & CEO of Valsight GmbH, and research assistant at the Hasso Plattner Institute, complemented by a solid foundation in software engineering and development from positions at SAP and Graebert GmbH. Dr. von Schorlemer holds a Doctorate, Master’s, and Bachelor’s degrees in Software Systems Engineering from the Hasso Plattner Institute.
