Annamaria Dicesare

Annamaria DiCesare has extensive experience in human resources and has held various leadership roles throughout their career. Currently, they are the Chief Human Resources Officer at Volkswagen Group Canada Inc. In their previous role at Cox Automotive Inc., they served as the Head of People Solutions & Communications, overseeing a team of 20 and providing leadership and expertise in all areas of people management. Prior to that, they were the Director of Human Resources at Aramark Canada, where they focused on talent development, succession planning, and promoting a positive workplace culture. Annamaria also served as the Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at Combined Insurance and the Director of Human Resources at the CN Tower. Early in their career, Annamaria worked as the Employee Relations Manager at American Express and the Regional Manager of Human Resources at Burger King Canada.

Annamaria DiCesare has a certificate in Practical Ethics from York University, which they obtained from 1996 to 1997. Annamaria also has a certificate in Human Resources Management from Humber College, earned between 1998 and 1999. In addition, Annamaria DiCesare holds a BA Specialized Honours degree in Philosophy from York University, completing their studies from 1994 to 1996.
