Caroline Pellerin has extensive experience in after-sales management and customer relations within the automotive industry, currently serving as the Area After-Sales Manager at Volkswagen Group Canada Inc. since May 2015. Caroline has held various positions, including Manager of Customer Experience and Customer Relations Manager, showcasing a strong focus on enhancing customer satisfaction.
