Currently serving as Project Manager After Sales Strategy at Volkswagen Group Retail Deutschland since May 2025, Florian has previously held significant roles at Volkswagen AG and Porsche Holding GmbH, where roles included Global Retail Business Manager and Country Advisor for South America, respectively. With a strong foundation in international business education, including a CEMS MIM from Esade and an MSc from the Norwegian School of Economics, Florian has developed expertise in optimizing business processes and enhancing data quality through various positions ranging from sales trainee to management assistant across multiple renowned companies.

VGRD
VGRD GmbH (Volkswagen Group Retail Germany) is the automotive retail group of the Volkswagen Group and comprises more than 100 dealerships. We offer the entire range of new vehicles, used cars as well as workshop and services for the Group brands Volkswagen Passenger Cars, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, Audi, SEAT, SKODA, Porsche and Lamborghini. We are Germany's largest automotive retail group. Our dealerships are located in the metropolitan regions of Hamburg, Hannover, Berlin, Leipzig/Chemnitz, Frankfurt am Main, Rhein-Neckar, Stuttgart, Ulm, Augsburg as well as in and around Munich. With more than 8,750 employees, we sell more than 180,000 new and used cars every year. In the VGRD we focus on innovative strength and digitalization. In our subsidiaries, innovative and customer-focused solutions for the automotive retail are developed and successfully introduced together with the Volkswagen Group.
