Olaf Steinert has extensive experience in human resources and operational management across various sectors, including healthcare and automotive. Currently serving as a Rettungssanitäter at Schnelle Medizinische Hilfe Krankentransport GmbH since October 2022, Olaf's previous roles include Bereichspersonalleiter and Prokurist at Volkswagen Group Retail Deutschland, with responsibilities for operational personnel management over teams of 21-50 and overseeing auto dealership personnel management. Olaf also held the position of Group Human Resources Director at D+S communication center management GmbH, focusing on employee recruitment and retention strategies for the organization. Earlier experience includes Human Resources Director at FirmenFitness by Fitness First Germany GmbH and leading operational personnel management at Deutsche Bahn for almost a decade. VGRD GmbH (Volkswagen Group Retail Germany) is the automotive retail group of the Volkswagen Group and comprises more than 100 dealerships.
