Andy Dutkiewicz has extensive experience in the automotive industry, primarily with Volkswagen of America, Inc., since June 2002, progressing through various roles including Auction Technical Operations Team Lead and Auction Technical Specialist, focusing on vehicle arbitration and auditing certification programs. Prior to this, Andy served as an Asset Management Specialist and Logistics Coordinator, managing dealer relationships and auditing wholesale vehicle sales. Additionally, experience as a Lease Consultant at Volkswagen Credit enhanced skills in customer service and problem-solving. Andy also held the position of Store Manager at Gander Mountain LLC and possesses a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Management from Baker College, along with additional educational qualifications in Communications and Liberal Arts.
