Bleau Jasper has extensive experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as Senior Manager of Body Shop Engineering at Volkswagen of America, Inc. since June 2009. Previously held titles include Manager of Body Shop Engineering and Manager of Strategic Planning & New Plant Products, where responsibilities involved developing long-term production strategies, optimizing product portfolios, and managing capital investment projects exceeding $200 million. Prior to Volkswagen, Bleau Jasper worked as a Mechanical Engineer at Toyota and Mitsubishi Motors, focusing on automated welding systems, new model launches, and improving manufacturing efficiency. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Iowa and a Certificate in Executive Leadership & Communication from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
