Stephanie Mattison

Stephanie Mattison possesses extensive experience in automotive manufacturing, currently serving as Assistant Manager of Launch Coordination in the Paint Shop at Volkswagen of America, Inc. since September 2010. In this role, Stephanie transmits production targets and manages a team of supervisors while focusing on quality feedback and key performance indicators. Prior to joining Volkswagen, Stephanie spent over 15 years at BMW Manufacturing, where responsibilities included managing process systems information and leading quality supervision in the Paint Department, successfully achieving multiple ISO certifications. Stephanie holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Limestone University.
