Arjan de Bie-Postma

Arjan de Bie-Postma is an accomplished IT and business management professional with extensive experience in various roles within the automotive and leasing sectors. Currently serving as the a.i. Head of IT at Volkswagen Pon Financial Services since October 2021, Arjan oversees areas such as governance, risk compliance, architecture, and IT operations. As a former Owner of DE BIE-POSTMA B.V. since December 2013, Arjan provides program management, interim management, and consultancy focused on change management and business improvement. Previous roles include managing strategic and tactical projects at Volkswagen Pon Financial Services, acting as Commercial Director at Terberg Leasing, and leading the Greenfield start-up of Sixt Leasing in the Netherlands. Arjan holds an MBA from the University of Portsmouth and a degree in Technical Business Management from The Hague University of Applied Sciences.
