MacIej Habczyk

Maciej Habczyk has extensive work experience in the automotive industry, primarily with Volkswagen. Maciej started their career at Volkswagen in 2002 and held various senior management positions in production technology, plant planning, environment, maintenance, and quality analysis. In 2017, they worked as a Project Caddy 5 Senior Manager at Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles. In 2018, they became the Head of Assembly Plants of VW Poznań in Poznań-Antoninek and Swarzędz-Rabowice, overseeing the production of VW Caddy and VW Transporter. Maciej also served as the Head of Project, Launch, and Product Management. Prior to joining Volkswagen, they worked as a trainee at Airbus in 2001.

Maciej Habczyk earned a Master of Science degree in Management and IT in the Automotive Industry from Lodz University of Technology, where they studied from 1997 to 2001. In 2013, they attended ICAN Institute for a Management program, though the field of study is unspecified. Additionally, in the year 2000 to 2001, Maciej Habczyk studied Betriebswirtschaft at Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences, though they did not complete a degree.
