Rayne Milner

Rayne Milner is an experienced Robotics Software Engineer currently working at Volley Automation since August 2024. Prior to this role, Milner served as a Senior Software Engineering Manager and Software Engineering Manager - Simulation at advanced.farm, leading a team of engineers on robotics and simulation projects for a fruit harvesting robot, while also managing diverse projects in simulation and machine learning. Earlier experience includes roles as a Robotics Software Engineer and Researcher at the University of California, Davis, where Milner developed a dynamics simulator for autonomous robots, and teaching experience as a test prep instructor at The Princeton Review and educator at LYCEE INTERNATIONAL DE LOS ANGELES. Rayne Milner holds a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Cornell University and pursued a Master's degree in Engineering at the University of California, Davis.
