Mike Poteat

Mike Poteat is currently the Head of Core Software Engineering at Volley, where Mike manages the proprietary voice application engine and leads various initiatives to enhance code sharing and robustness. Prior to this role, Mike worked as a Software Engineer with a focus on back-end systems at a leading voice games company. Their experience includes developing algorithms and strategies for autonomous naval vehicles during their time as a Graduate Researcher at ODU VMASC. Mike's educational background includes a Master of Science in Engineering from Old Dominion University, along with a Bachelor of Science with a Minor in Computer Science, Modeling, Virtual Environments and Simulation.
