Eric Grady began their work experience as a Fund Development intern at the Boy Scouts of America in 2011, where they successfully raised funds and coordinated a gala event. Eric then took on the role of Scout Reach Coordinator, working with inner-city Cub Scout packs and collaborating with local schools and churches for member recruitment.
