Eric Grady

Eric Grady began their work experience as a Fund Development intern at the Boy Scouts of America in 2011, where they successfully raised funds and coordinated a gala event. Eric then took on the role of Scout Reach Coordinator, working with inner-city Cub Scout packs and collaborating with local schools and churches for member recruitment. In 2012, Grady served as a Personal Marketing Assistant at MetLife and later interned as a Commissioned Sales intern at Macy's.

In 2013, Grady became the Student Body President at Keene State College. Following this, they worked as a Program Director at the Narragansett Council, Boy Scouts of America, managing and executing the summer camp program. Eric led a team of adults and youth and worked closely with the local scout council.

From 2014 to 2015, Grady served as a District Executive at the Boy Scouts of America, responsible for the Order of the Arrow and providing guidance to both youth and adults. Eric also led the inner-city scouting program.

In 2015, Grady joined REI as a Retail Associate before transitioning to the role of Store Visuals and Hard-goods Sales Lead. In 2020, Grady moved on to become the Boston Area Manager at Helly Hansen, where they developed local marketing strategies and managed a team of retail leaders. Eric also oversaw budgets, schedules, and sales in the Boston area. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Partnerships and Innovation at Volo Sports, the largest social sports company in North America.

Eric Grady has a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Keene State College, which they obtained between 2010 and 2014. Prior to that, they attended Auburn Senior High School from 2006 to 2010, but no degree or field of study information was provided for their high school education.
