Mark Zimowski

Mark Zimowski currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Volo Sports since April 2024. Previously, Mark held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Boxed from October 2016 to September 2023, where responsibilities included managing a finance organization of 25 team members and leading the execution of the company's go-public process. Prior experience includes an Investment Associate role at Court Square Capital Partners, focusing on control investments, and an Investment Banking Analyst position at UBS Investment Bank, specializing in financial modeling and valuation analyses. Mark earned a Bachelor of Applied Science degree with honors in Finance and Economics from Boston College and also studied at Università Bocconi.
