Paul Kolenda

Paul Kolenda has worked in the engineering field since 2005. Paul'scareer began at Norlux, where they served as a Project Engineer. In 2013, they moved to Hubbell Lighting, where they held the roles of Senior Project Engineer and Engineering Manager. In 2014, they co-founded Dark Horse Innovation, LLC, providing product design, engineering, and drafting services. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as the Engineering Manager at LEDiL Oy - LED Optics. Paul is currently the Director of Innovation & Product Development at VOLT® Lighting, a position they have held since 2022.

Paul Kolenda's education history includes a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Northern Illinois University, which they completed in 2005, and a Master of Science in Product Design and Development Management from Northwestern University, which they completed in 2013.
