Barb Mattingley

Barb Mattingley has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Barb started their career as an Account Manager at Hewlett-Packard in 2002 and later worked at HP in sales and marketing role. Barb also owned a business called Fairfax Liquor from 2003 to 2007.

Barb then joined Google in 2007 as an Employee Referral Screener. From 2008 to 2010, they worked at Advantage Resourcing and The Bartech Group as a VMS Account Manager and later as an Account Manager and Program/Account Manager respectively.

In 2010, Barb joined KellyOCG as a Client Liaison and was later promoted to Manager in 2015. During their time at KellyOCG, they held various roles including Global Lead Gen Manager, Market Engagement Manager, Digital Lead Automation, and HCN.

In 2021, Barb worked at Bureau Veritas Group as a Program Manager and Client Consultant, and then moved to Kelly Science, Engineering, Technology & Telecom as a Program Manager - Client Consultant.

Most recently, they joined Volt in 2024 as the Global Director of Sales Operations for Volt Technical at Volt Workforce Solutions.

Barb Mattingley holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs. Barb also obtained an MA in Communications from the University of Northern Colorado.
