Kara Dodson

Kara Dodson, JD, PCC, is a consultant and coach at Volta Talent Strategies since May 2022, previously serving as Director of Coaching at Fox Rothschild LLP and as a coach/consultant at Volta Talent Strategies from June 2016 to November 2021. Dodson is also an adjunct professor at Temple University - James E. Beasley School of Law, where an Integrated Transactional Practice class is taught to law students. With extensive experience in various legal roles, including Director of Attorney Recruiting and Development at Young Conaway Stargatt & Taylor, LLP, and Associate positions at Berner Klaw & Watson and Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel LLP, Dodson has developed expertise in family law, employment law, and commercial litigation. Educational qualifications include a JD from Temple University, a mindfulness-based stress reduction program from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine, and various certifications in coaching and leadership development.
