Aravind Bala

Aravind Bala has a strong background in manufacturing engineering, with experience at various renowned companies. Aravind started their career at Delphi-TVS as an Engineer in 2007 before moving on to John Deere as a Manufacturing Engineer. Aravind then joined Caterpillar Inc. in 2012 in the same role, followed by a position at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars as a Process Planner. Aravind then transitioned to McLaren Automotive Ltd as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer in 2017, where they worked until 2021. Currently, they hold the role of Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Volta Trucks and was recently promoted to the position of Principal Manufacturing Engineer in May 2022.

Aravind Bala completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Automobile Engineering at Sri Ram Engineering College from 2003 to 2007. Aravind then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Operations at Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies from 2008 to 2010. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Electric/Hybrid Vehicle Maintenance, Six Sigma Green Belt, and Value Stream Mapping from various institutions.
