Nathan Andrews

Nathan Andrews is an experienced engineering professional with a diverse background in project management and sustainable practices. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Voltage, LLC since November 2022, Nathan aligns product development with company goals and leads efforts in product certification and regulatory compliance. As a Co-Founder of Eco Shepherds, Nathan focuses on sustainable land management practices that integrate agriculture and renewable energy through innovative solar grazing techniques. Previous roles include Wire Solutions Project Manager at Terrasmart and Project Manager at RBI Solar Inc., where Nathan managed complex projects and developed strong client relationships. Nathan's academic background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Northern Kentucky University and an A.A.S. in Architectural Design from Cincinnati State Technical and Community College.
